We found this during the inaugural trip in the new Nevada Outdoor News 4x4. It looks like some local yokels decided it wasn't enough to dump their garbage along a dirt road heading north from Kyle Canyon Road about eight miles west of Highway 95. No, they had to shoot the trash, too. 
I'll grant you that shooting the old VCR to pieces has got to be more fun than participating in your local electronics recycling program. And I'm not one to begrudge anyone their Second Amendment rights to blast things to smithereens in the middle of the desert. But that shouldn't stop you from picking up the remains, as well as the discarded shotgun shells, after the party. Is that too much to ask? 
Sigh.
